Excellent service and manicure! Date of experience: August 2020 I had two spa pedicure treatments done here during my stay in Crete this year, as it has been my favorite place for such treatments. BUT my last spa pedicure appointment was truly a disappointment; The person helping me with my pedicure also had another customer coming in for a manicure in the middle of my pedicure, although there were others employees there able to help out. Another employee in the end had to jump in and help with the manicure, while my pedicure was rushed. I don't know if this is normal procedure for this place, but no other place I have visited around the world double book customers like this. Even cutting the cuticles was rushed and done forcefully, and it was painful.
